Overall, I would say that I enjoyed this quick, easy read. Of course, this was not great piece of literature. The book could be labeled as "sweet". Anyone looking for the humor of a Stephanie Plum novel will be disappointed - there was really nothing funny about this book. The mystery in the novel was rather simple. While I never figured out who the "villain" was in the novel, it really was not a surprise....to be honest it was such a minor character in the book, I had no feelings about it one way or the other. This book actually reminded me of a Harlequin romance type novel and I do not feel that it should have been a Hardcover release. Since I checked it out from the library, I enjoyed the couple of hours spent reading this book.
